We would like to inform you that we are introducing a positive change to our delivery service from 2nd April. After taking into account your valuable feedback regarding our previous delivery service, we have now found a new partner to provide you with an improved experience.

With this new partner we will continue to deliver frozen products, but from now on there will be a small delivery fee of 8.90 CHF. This fee will allow us to improve the quality of our deliveries and ensure that your products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

We would also like to point out that your presence is required at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth delivery. If this is not possible, you have the option of leaving the parcel at a location of your choice. In addition, we offer you the option to track and navigate your parcels yourself via SMS or email, including the option to collect them from a DPD Pickup Point.

We are confident that these changes will help to improve your shopping experience and ensure that you continue to receive high quality products. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
