These terms and conditions were written by the company Green Basket, Gupta and apply exclusively to the online store
1. Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions of Business ("GTC - Online Shop") apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Online Shop"). Greenbasket reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. In each case, the version valid at the time of the order is authoritative.
2. Offer
The offer is directed to natural customers with domicile or legal customers with domicile in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries will only be made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the online store and/or stocks last. Price and product range changes are possible at any time. The images shown in advertising, brochures, in the online store, etc., as well as all information on the products (list of ingredients, nutritional information, food facts, allergy information, etc.) are for illustrative purposes and are not binding. 3. Products and Prices
Greenbasket can set the prices freely and change them at any time. When ordering, the price published on the website is decisive. If prices have been published in error, Greenbasket reserves the right to inform the buyer before shipment in order to agree on a price correction or cancel the order.
Prices are quoted by default in CHF. Conversion rates are generated automatically. The shipping and packaging costs are calculated and shown separately from the quoted price. Any cash on delivery charges of the selected logistics partner are entirely at the expense of the customer.
3.1. Discount Code and Sale Products
Products that have been discounted can only be returned if their best before date is still valid on the day of return and this product is unopened in its original packaging. A discount code can only be used once at checkout. If the purchase has already been completed, the code cannot be applied subsequently. Discounts are not cumulative.
4. Information provided
Greenbasket strives to keep the published data in the online store current and correct. However, delivery delays may occur due to production/delivery bottlenecks and sales via other channels. Therefore, all information regarding availability and delivery time is without guarantee and may change at any time. 6. Terms of delivery and collection
6.1 Availability and Delivery
Products marked as "available" are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from the time the order is received. If a product is out of stock or incorrectly marked as "available", the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone and a new provisional delivery date will be agreed upon. Greenbasket strives for a quick re-delivery and will send backorders without additional shipping costs. 6.3 Additional Terms for Delivery
If the customer does not accept the goods delivered by the supplier within the agreed or indicated delivery time, may withdraw from the contract, cancel the order and charge the customer a handling fee of 15%, but at least minimum of CHF 15.
6.4 Returns & Refunds
After receipt of the order, the goods must be checked immediately. If a product arrives damaged or spoiled, it must be reported to Green Basket within 24 hours. After this time, Green Basket reserves the right to reject the complaint. In case of return of one or more products, the delivery costs will be charged to the customer, Green Basket can arrange the return transport for the customer. In case of a return or complaint, Green Basket will initiate a replacement delivery or send the customer a voucher with the value of the damaged/missing or returned product. Green Basket does not trigger refunds, you will receive the amount in the form of a voucher.
7. Obligation to check
The delivered or collected products must be checked by the buyer immediately after acceptance for completeness, correctness and for delivery damages. If there is a defect, this must be reported to Greenbasket within 7 calendar days and the product must be in its original condition for return

11. Payment

In case of the payment method "E-Banking" the goods will be retained until the payment is received.
